Background.

Real estate is in John Calvert's blood. Growing up on a farm and apple orchard in eastern Washington, John is used to hard work John also grew up at the right hand of his grandfathers real estate brokerage.

After moving to Boulder City, NV with his parents in 1988, John attended Boulder City High School, where he was active in sports, and developing his business skills.

Once graduation and numerous trips to San Felipe Mexico were over,John attended college and also worked with local land surveyors and civil engineers in Las Vegas learning about land development, law, design, and government affairs involved in development.

After college John took an adventure to Fairbanks Alaska. While there John honed his customer service and negotiation skills and also was exposed to different cultures and a world unknown to the lower 48 states.

After Returning to Las Vegas, John worked in marketing eventually managing a marketing center for a major networking company which also took him to Austin Texas for 2 years.

Once again returning to Las Vegas, this time the Henderson Area, John began working with Internet IPO companies and venture capitalists during the Internet Boom.

After the Internet Boom, he decided he was ready to get involved in what had always been his calling. He had developed most of the skills required to be a successful Real Estate Professional and put them to work.

As you can see, John's hard work, teamwork, business skills, involvment in government, land development, customer service, negotiations, cultural awareness, marketing, computers, investment and finance have rounded out his skill set that makes John Calvert a top producer and a true Real Estate Professional.

John currently lives in Boulder City where he and his wife, Brigid, are raising their 2 boys and are teaching them in the art of boating.

Current real estate achievements include Multi-Million dollar producer, Century 21 MoneyWorld Managers Choice, GLVAR Education Committee, GLVAR MLX Change Transition Committee, and most recently graduated from a high intensive leadership training from Quantum Leap Leadership's Eagle's - Team 7.

John started his real estate career with Buffalo Realty. He then moved with Broker, Ron Haze, to CENTURY 21 MoneyWorld.

During John's career, he has had much success. The John Calvert Home Selling System's average listing is only 14 days on market and even has a guaranteed program in which John will give you $500 at closing if The John Calvert Home Selling System is unable to find you a home within 3 days as a buyer.

When John started, he worked primarily with first time home buyers doing no money down and was involved with the Ron Haze Team which had over 300 FHA transactions. John's interests started moving towards investors and he now represents a wide range of investors from the first time investor to those with up to $100,000,000 in net worth. John also represents developers.
